Details of current career opportunities at ViasysSoftware Helpdesk AnalystSalary negotiableViasys is seeking a Software Helpdesk Analyst to provide first/second line support to business users within the Oil & Gas industry via phone, email and internet for the market leading Material Advantage project procurement software system. The successful candidate will take full ownership of client problems, working within a Service Level Agreement and will maintain high rates of first line fixes, contributing to continual product improvement. Each support request will be analysed with the client being informed of the resolution path. This will include close working with other areas of the business, including development, sales & business services. Skills and experience required:
